DUPLEX is an automatic band saw for straight and shaped cuts.
The peculiarity of the DUPLEX machine consists in the possibility of installing 2 plywood or Bakelite templates for inner and outer cutting of non symmetrical profiles.

COPYING SYSTEM
The main feature of the DUPLEX machine consists in the possibility of installing 2 plywood or Bakelite templates for inner and outer cutting of non symmetrical profiles.
AUTOMATIC MOTORIZED CARRIAGES
The machine is equipped with a special system of motorized and independently controlled carriages. This system clamps the pieces using 2 sideways conveyors (patented), as shown in the picture. The system is recommended for cutting solid wood boards (timber boards). As the conveyor belts are independent, they also allow the operator to eliminate knots on solid wood panels (in manual mode).
WORKING TABLE WITH CLAMPS
DUPLEX may also be equipped with a working table fitted with 2 pneumatic clamps to handle wood panels. The working table may be moved in two directions, along both X and Y. This system is recommended to cut panels.
ROTATING BLADE GUIDE
DUPLEX is equipped with 2 servo-driven steel blade guides, one opposite the other in gantry configuration for a blade rotation of up to +/-45°. The rotating blade can cut contours and shapes up to a minimum radius of 65 mm (depending on the type of blade used).
