MASTER.PRO 3+3+1 RAIL is the ideal machine for the shaping and sanding of cabinet doors & drawers.

MASTER.PRO is a double 3-axis machining center with 3 independent rails & pods tables. The two 3-axis operating heads can work independently on separate tables, increasing the machine output. The machine is equipped with a touch screen software interface and a bar code reading system (one for each table) for immediate table set-up.

The BACCI MASTER.PRO provides improved operator ergonomics, simplified ease of use and a dramatic productivity increase (800 doors shaped and sanded per 8h shift).

WORKING TABLES

RAIL & POD TABLES WITH AUTOMATIC POSITIONING

MASTER.PRO is equipped with n°3 independent rail & pod tables. The rails and pods are automatically positioned (through the software and the bar code reader) , providing immediate set-up as is needed for a true “Batch-One” production process.

Using Schmalz vacuum pods 132mm x 25mm, the minimum size drawer front that MASTER.PRO can hold is 130mm (X) x 140mm (Y)

BACCI EXCLUSIVE VACUUM PODS

Using Schmalz pods, in case the size of drawer fronts in (Y) direction is in between 140mm and 280mm, it is not possible to add 2 more standard pods. So only 2 pods can be used and the drawer front will be hanging out of the pods with vibrations during the shaping operation. To overcome this problem, Bacci has developed “Special Vacuum Pods” (Bacci exclusive).Using Bacci  Special Vacuum Pods the minium size drawer front is 140x90mm.

CONTINUOUS FENCES

With these continuous fences (BACCI exclusive), even very small doors and drawer fronts are no problem to reference. The fences are placed on the inside of each table, with the advantage being minimized operator travel when moving between tables.

These X and Y-Axes continuous fences are pneumatically controlled and recede at the moment of each start cycle.

COMPACT FOOTPRINT & ERGONOMIC LOADING OFF-LOADING

The MASTER.PROs’ moving table design provides a small, compact footprint which enables the operator to load and unload doors by simply standing in front of and centrally between the moving tables. While the machine is working the operator off load/load another doors in masked time without any stops of the machine ENHANCING the machine productivity.

OPERATIVE HEADS

BACK SPINDLE FOR SHAPING

MASTER.PRO  is equipped with two (2) Operating heads, one each mounted on the front and back of the gantry beam. Front spindle for sanding and back spindle for shaping (far from the operator’s side).

Each head is equipped with (1) 13.6Hp fan cooled electro-spindle and HSK63F tool connection.

MASTER.PRO  is equipped with two (2) Operating heads, one each mounted on the front and back of the gantry beam. Front spindle for sanding and back spindle for shaping (far from the operator’s side).

Each head is equipped with (1) 13.6Hp fan cooled electro-spindle and HSK63F tool connection.

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER

The N°2 tool-holder wheels move, without any clearance or interference, thanks to a high precision gearbox. The front tool-holder hold the sanding tools the back tool-holder hold the shaping tools.

The maximum tool diameter is 200mm for the tool changer. The tool-holder wheel, equipped with dust protection, has 24 tool positions and is installed on an independent structure placed beside the machine and far from dust generated by the machine when in operation.
