MASTER.WIN is a machining center with 5 axes and a gantry structure for doors and frames. The 5 axes machining head has a 20HP spindle with tool changing and an additional double exit spindle to perform all machining operations without the needs of aggregates units, such as drilling, 45° cutting of lists, door lock slots. The working table is equipped aluminium rails with manual pushbutton-controlled positioning or automatic numerically controlled positioning.

 

WORKING TABLES

WIN TABLES

WIN-type working tables with aluminum rails and manual or motorized (optional) positioning of the rails and of the various clamping systems (vacuum cups/clamps). The optional electronic positioning allows fast reconfiguration of the working area, and also makes it possible to access new working areas during machining. Rails configuration may be customized with various clamping solutions, lifters and reference stops. The WIN tables are ideal for machining elements for doors, windows, and also wood panels and solid wood elements.

 

SCHMALTZ TABLES

Aluminum variable geometry working tables with SCHMALTZ rails supported by TGV-type (patented) steel uprights. These tables may be equipped with all available SCHMALTZ accessories (cups, front and side reference stops, lifters).

This type of working table is ideal for machining elements such as doors, stairs, windows and kitchen components.

 

TGV TABLES with PUSHBUTTON 

Working tables equipped with TGV-type steel rails (a Bacci patent) and a pushbutton-controlled clamping and sliding mechanism. Each rail may be equipped with vacuum suction cups, top clamps, front and side stops and pneumatic liftup.

This type of table is ideal for machining flat elements such as doors, stairs, windows, kitchens components, as well as chairs and furniture.

 

OPERATIVE HEADS

T3F HEAD TYPE

A double fork that holds 3 independent electric spindles with a coplanar tangential configuration, ideal for machining operations that require a spindle (Folding spindle) with compact overall dimensions. The “Folding” electro spindle makes it possible to machine pieces at the same level as the working table surface without any risk of collisions with the working table itself (for example: Folding work with a circular blade).

 

T1F HEAD TYPE

A double fork holding 1 electric spindle, ideal for complex pieces that require a spindle (Folding spindle) with compact overall dimensions. This feature makes it possible to also machine pieces at the same level as the working table surface without any risk of collisions (Folding operations with a circular saw blade).

 

T1F+2 HEAD TYPE

The T1F head may be equipped with a second double-exit spindle for horizontal machining without the need to use aggregate units, saving tool chaning time and increasing performances.

 

DRILLING UNIT

Multiple Drilling unit with 5-7 (or more) independent spindles (fuses) with 32 mm pitch, either vertical or vertical/horizontal. Positioned on a skid that rotates 360° around the C axis. Our exclusive PITAGORA software automatically optimizes the sequence and the choice of machining spindles, based on the layout and inter-axis distance of the holes to be drilled.

 

AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER MAGAZINE

The controlled, 8 or 16 positions tool changer magazine may be provided with all operating units equipped with a tool changing spindle (ISO 30 or HSK 64). Rotation is controlled by a servomotor (therefore not pneumatic) to guaranty maximum positioning precision during tool change. All Bacci tool changer magazines are completely dust-proof and do not reduce the machine’s working fields, as they are positioned out of the machining area to avoid any possible interference with the working tables and the spindles.
