EVOLUTION.JET is a highly flexible machining center both in terms of sizes customization and in terms of the number of working tables that can be fitted with equipment for manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic loading and unloading.

Ideal for simultaneously machining all the various components required to assemble chairs or furniture on a single machine.

TGV TABLES

Variable geometry tables TGV type (a Bacci patent). The support surface of each working table is composed of two rails with adjustable c/c distance. The rails are made of steel to ensure proper rigidity during even the heaviest machining work, long service life and constant precision. The rails are designed to bring the vacuum suction inwards, and M8 holes to fix the templates are provided at 50 mm c/c distance. Dovetail guides are provided along all the edges of the rails to block and move pneumatic clamps, stops, suction cups and other equipments.

 

REMOVABLE FRONT CLAMPS

Pneumatic clamps that hold the pieces from the bottom upwards and may be adjustable in height, with tiltable upper and lower clamp supports to adapt to the different shapes of the piece. Clamps with semi-automatic positioning without the needs of digital readouts or metric scales. These clamps may be easily removed from the working table TGV rail on which they are fitted, in order to make it easy to switch to clamping systems that use jigs/templates.

 

CLAMPS WITH MOTORIZED POSITIONING

Each clamp is equipped with a servomotor for simultaneous numerically controlled positioning of all the clamps in the horizontal X direction.

 

AUTOMATIC NC CLAMPS POSITIONING

Numerically controlled automatic clamps positioning in the horizontal X and vertical Z directions (Bacci Patent) on linear guides drastically reduces set-up time.

 

FREE-JIG DEVICE

The TGV-type (a Bacci patent) steel rails may be equipped with a series of Free-Jig clamps with adjustable height and tiltable, to load curved elements without the need for complex jigs. The Free-Jig device is also equipped with pop-up reference stops.

 

FEEDING SYSTEMS

AUTOMATIC LOADER/UNLOADER

Machine productivity is optimized thanks to the extremely rapid loading and unloading time of only 3.5 seconds, using the automatic hopper feeder (a Bacci patent) that loads and unloads pieces simultaneously. Machined pieces are unloaded at a height of 1,200 mm from the ground, ensuring the full ergonomics of piece recovery.Max. section of automatically loaded pieces 100x60mm (different on request). The hopper feeder magazines slide on linear guides for easy parking outside the work area in case of manual loading/unloading of pieces.

 

DOUBLE REFERENCE SYSTEM

The double reference system (a Bacci patent) is made by a combination of stops and pneumatic pushers located in the hopper feeder and on the clamps, which make it possible to decide which piece reference surface to use at each work cycle.

For this reason, the double reference system (a Bacci patent) allows machining right and left elements with a single setup of the clamps. Therefore, clamps set-up need be carried out only once for right and left elements.
